Opportunity: Cyberlearning for Work at the Human-Technology Frontier

Purpose: The purpose of the Cyberlearning for Work at the Human-Technology Frontier program is to fund exploratory and synergistic research in learning technologies to prepare learners to excel in work at the human-technology frontier.

Agency: HHS—National Institutes of Health

Opportunity: Novel Genomic Technology Development (R01)

Purpose: This FOA seeks grant applications to catalyze major advances in genomics through technology development (beyond developing nucleic acid sequencing technologies). The goal is to provide a mechanism for support of very novel and high impact work from across this gamut of genomics technology development.

Agency: Environmental Protection Agency

Opportunity: Chesapeake Bay Program Office to Support the Small Watershed (SWG) and the Innovative and Nutrient Sediment Reduction (INSR) Grant Programs

Purposes: The SWG program promotes community-based efforts to develop conservation strategies to protect and restore the diverse natural resources of the Chesapeake Bay and its watershed.

The INSR grants program supports efforts within the Chesapeake Bay watershed that will vastly accelerate sub-watershed and/or regional scale implementation of nutrient and sediment reductions with innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective approaches.

Agency: DOT—Federal Highway Administration

Opportunity: Public Infrastructure Road Safety Promotion, Education, and Technology Transfer

Purpose: The Roadway Safety Foundation (RSF) aims to implement public awareness programs, provide technology transfer and educate State, local and tribal transportation safety practitioners, officials, and motorists on the benefits of public road safety infrastructure countermeasures.

 

Close Date: January 26, 2018

Agency: Department of Commerce

Opportunity: Sea Grant Fellowships in Marine Resource Economics

Purpose: The Fellowship Program expects to award two new Ph.D. Fellowships each year to students who are interested in careers related to the development and implementation of quantitative methods for assessing the economics of the conservation and management of living marine resources.

  2. Need a grant for a new roof .I am a disabled senior citizen living on disebly income for 2 people can’t afford to have it done
